It doesn t matter if you fill in the left or the right side of the claim form, when you have an accident and need to fill in an accident statement. Nor does it matter if you receive the original or the duplicate of the accident statement. You have to fill in the accident statement written in Spanish. You have to hand in the claim form to Kaas & Kirkemann as soon as you can and at the latest within 7 days from the day of the accident.

If your car is stolen, you must report it to the police and hand in a copy of the police report to Kaas & Kirkemann as soon as possible and at the latest within 7 days from the day of the accident.
If the car is not found within 40 days, we need important documentation from you to be able to compensate your loss. Please contact our office for further information.

Before calling the road assistance, you need to know following information:

The car brand and model
The policy number
The exact address where the car is located

Home insurance

If possible it is important that you try to limit the extent of a damage in your home. The claim must be reported to Kaas & Kirkemann within our office hours and at the latest 7 days from the day the damage occured. If the damage is very urgent you can call the emergency assistance on:

Have you had a burglary in your home you must report it to the police. Thereafter Kaas & Kirkemann need a copy of the police report. We also need a copy of a police report in case of theft or hold up outside your home or in case of petty theft inside your home (theft with out using violence to get into your home).
When you do a claim caused by overvoltage, Kaas & Kirkemann needs a copy of the contract with your power company, and name and phone number of possible neighbours who also have suffered damage.

On the back side of your insurance card you will find the phone number to the assistance provided by the insurance companies. When you call you must inform your name, policy number and NIE number.
